How To Cancel AmeriPlan ®
To cancel
AmeriPlan ®, you will first need your member or IBO number. If you are a member, there is a good chance you have no idea what your member number is; this is who you call to get it.
- MEMBER SERVICES can be reached at (800) 647-8421 and select option 2. Their hours of operation are 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Standard Time.
If you are an
AmeriPlan ® IBO, your number is the extension to your website and the number you use to log into the back office. If you don't know your IBO number; this is who to call.
- IBO SERVICES can be reached a 469-229-4501 and select option 3. Their hours of operation are also 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Standard Time.
Once you have your member or IBO number, send an email to stop@stopmembership.com with the following 3 pieces of information:
- Your name and address
- Your member or IBO number
- A Brief statement that you wish to cancel
